Real work, from day one

You'll edit real client YouTube content — both long-form videos and short-form reels. You'll work on live projects, get your edits reviewed weekly, and see your work published with credit.

Prove it with your edit.

To apply, you'll create two videos using voiceovers we provide. This shows us how you tell a story with visuals and keep viewers watching.

Long-form video (16:9)

Build a complete horizontal video from the long voiceover — full length. Add B-roll, text, transitions, music and sound.

Short-form video (9:16)

Make a punchy vertical video from the short voiceover — strong hook in the first 3 seconds, fast cuts, bold captions.
