• Contact & booking details — your name, email, message, and preferred time when you submit a “Book a Call” or contact request.
• Internship application data — your name, contact details, age, city, portfolio links, identity document (CNIC) images and number, and your responses, if you apply to our internship program.
• Account information — when you sign in with Google, our authentication provider gives us your name, email, and profile image.
• Basic usage data — standard technical information such as your browser type and pages visited, used to operate and improve the site.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule calls.
• To deliver, manage, and improve our video editing services.
• To review and process internship applications.
• To send transactional and auto-reply emails (e.g. confirmations).
• To keep our website and services secure.

Your information is stored in secured, access-controlled systems. Sensitive items such as identity documents are restricted to authorized staff and are never made public. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Identity documents submitted by applicants who are not selected are deleted periodically. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
